I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a stunning view over the Lingfield Park racecourse and were equipped with all necessary facilities, but the service was a letdown with a lack of professionalism, and the price did not match the service quality. The hotel's location on the racecourse was convenient, offering easy access to the event, but there was little else in the area apart from the racecourse.
